Ultra luxury apartment development “Eden” launches on Brady St, Mosman.
By ANNA USHER
Wealthy downsizers have their sights set on a new prestige apartment complex about to launch in the bustling heart of Mosman.
Veteran developers Michael Stokes and Allen Linz will build “Eden” at 5 Brady St alongside award-winning PBD Architects, with Mirian Fanning (MIM Designs) appointed to take charge of interiors.
Three residences have already sold off-the-plan, with three more under offer, as the growing demand for ultra-premium local apartments outstrips supply.
Due for completion at the end of 2025, Eden comprises just 13 timeless homes, topped by a $15 million, two-level penthouse with its own lift.
With prices starting at $3.95 million, Stephen Patrick from Richardson and Wrench said the build sets a new benchmark for luxury Mosman living.
“We have been very deliberate in assimilating our product into the marketplace,” Mr Patrick said, “Eden is sophisticated, timeless and exceeds every expectation.”
“Our kitchens will feature Wolf cooktops and ovens, integrated SubZero refrigerators and flawless marble benchtops, with 3.6m islands as a standout feature,” he said.
Marketing agent Kirsty Freyer told Mosman Collective the development has been welcomed by discerning downsizers who demand “the best of the best”.
“Eden is a premium product that will stand the test of time,” she said, “the Mosman market has been devoid of oversized luxury apartments, which explains why this complex has been so warmly received.”
Ms Freyer said she expects people seeking transport, shopping convenience, superb harbour views, and low-maintenance living to snap up the remaining apartments.
“Not only do these apartments future-proof your life, but they also redefine prestige living, ranging in size from 120sqm right up to 200sqm.”

A lifelong resident who understands the local demographic, Ms Freyer said Eden ticks every downsizer box.
“I am very proud that I’ve worked with the developer to create a product the people of Mosman desire,” Ms Freyer said.
“It’s all about size, aspect and proximity to amenities, and we offer all that. It’s a boutique development of top-quality finishes, which the market demands and is very exciting.
“We also have sun and light and stunning Middle Harbour views.”
The penthouse will feature four bedrooms and a separate study, while the remaining sub-penthouse has three bedrooms and a separate study.
On the lower levels, large three-bedroom apartments have a choice of two or three bathrooms, outdoor terraces, plus two car spaces.
Allen Linz developed the $450m Pacific Bondi on Bondi Beach and has been involved in many mixed-use developments worth more than $2bn. At the same time, Somerset Development Group has been a boutique developer of luxury homes since 1999.
Eastern Suburbs contractor HSN will build Eden.
To visit the Eden Display Suite, head to the top of the escalators at Bridgepoint Monday to Saturday, 12pm-3pm.
