Teen charged after drama fuelled night on Civic Lane in Mosman.

Residents on Civic Lane in Mosman witnessed an unfolding scene of utter chaos on Monday night, which left a 17-year-old facing numerous charges.
About 11.35pm on August 5, officers attached to North Shore Police Area Command were attending to an unrelated matter when they noticed police sirens from where their vehicle was located.
An officer returned to the car and found its sirens had been activated and the vehicle allegedly damaged.
A 17-year-old boy was located next to the vehicle and was subsequently arrested.
During the arrest, the boy is alleged to have assaulted police.
He was taken to Chatswood Police Station and charged with three counts of assault police officer in execution of duty without actual bodily harm, enter vehicle or boat without consent of owner, destroy or damage property and hinder or resist police officer in the execution of duty.
He was granted conditional bail to appear before a children’s court on Tuesday 27 August 2024.
Mosman man caught urinating on wall.
A 45-year-old man has found himself in hot water after an alleged Spit Junction incident at 7pm on Sunday night (August 4).
Police told Mosman Collective they observed the male pull his pants down and urinate on a wall while attending to an unrelated matter.
They subsequently approached the man and conducted a search, allegedly locating a clear resealable bag of what police will allege is cannabis.
The male was issued a cannabis caution and hit with a Criminal Infringement Notice for offensive behaviour ($500).

Five kids investigated after Kirribilli chaos.
Five young persons are being investigated in relation to malicious damage/steal from motor vehicle/intimidation offences.
About 10:20pm Saturday 3 August, the group was seen allegedly throwing rocks at houses and trying car door handles in the vicinity of Kirribilli Avenue, Kirribilli.
The youngsters were confronted by residents, after which it is alleged that several threats were made by the group resulting in police being contacted.
Police attended the location shortly after and located four of the five kids sometime later, allegedly finding them carrying balaclavas and gloves.
One of the boys was arrested and conveyed to Chatswood Police Station where a support person was organised. He was later released pending further enquiries.
The others were issued with move on directions, which they complied with.
Further enquiries will be completed, and we’re told legal processes and/or charges are likely.
