Twilight Food Fair: North Sydney’s favourite summer tradition is back!

North Sydney’s popular Twilight Food Fair – on at Ted Mack Park – is back this summer.

North Sydney’s much-loved summer tradition is back!

The Twilight Food Fair returns to Ted Mack Civic Park for another season of delicious food, live entertainment, and relaxed community fun under the stars.

This year’s program includes a special Christmas-themed event on Friday 12 December.

Beginning Friday 21 November, the Twilight Food Fair will run across eight Friday evenings through to March 2026. Each event takes place from 4.30pm to 8.30pm and offers a vibrant mix of international cuisine, live music, roving performers, and free kids’ activities – all in the heart of North Sydney.

Twilight Food Fair won’t run on 13 and 20 February, but the streets will be buzzing with North Sydney Streets events. On Friday 6 February, North Sydney Streets: CBD ‘After Dark’ will light up the city with food, music and after-hours fun.

Then on Saturday 21 February, North Sydney Streets: Crows Nest transforms the village into a street festival packed with flavour, creativity and community cheer.

Mayor Zoë Baker said: “Twilight Food Fair is one of North Sydney’s most cherished community events. It brings people of all ages and backgrounds together to share food, music and laughter in one of our most beautiful public spaces. It’s a celebration of the connection, creativity and community spirit that makes North Sydney so special.”

The event is family-friendly, free to attend, and just a short walk from the North Sydney CBD.

This year’s program includes a special Christmas-themed event on Friday 12 December, featuring festive food, music and entertainment to celebrate the season in true Twilight style.

Each evening features a rotating selection of food stalls serving global flavours and sweet treats, live music performances, roving entertainers such as bubble artists and balloon twisters, and free creative workshops for kids. The event is family-friendly, free to attend, and just a short walk from the North Sydney CBD – perfect for unwinding after work or enjoying a night out with friends and family.

Whether you’re winding down after a busy week or planning a relaxed evening with loved ones, Twilight Food Fair is the perfect way to start your weekend. Bring a picnic rug, your appetite, and your favourite people – every week offers something new to discover.
