It may still be winter, but Bathers’ Pavilion is already preparing for the festive season, with bookings now open for Christmas Day 2025 across its Restaurant, Bistro and Balmoral Room.

The iconic Balmoral venue is encouraging early reservations for its annual Christmas celebrations, which routinely sell out well before December. This year, the offering includes a mix of breakfast and lunch options designed to suit families, couples and groups seeking a relaxed, beachside setting.

There are plenty of options to enjoy a spectacular and stress free Christmas 2025 at Bathers Pavilion.

In the Restaurant, Christmas breakfast is $160 per adult and $95 for children under 10, while lunch, featuring a three-course menu with side salad and breads, is $390 per adult and $170 per child.

The Bistro provides a more casual option, with breakfast at $110 for adults and $70 for kids. Lunch is priced at $270 and $140 respectively. Upstairs in the Balmoral Room, guests can enjoy a three-course family-style lunch for $250 per adult and $130 per child.

Refunds are available in full for cancellations made by November 1, with a 50 per cent refund available between 2 – 30 November. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after December 1.

Bathers’ has also opened booking for Father’s Day, with tables filling fast.

In the lead-up to the silly season, Bathers’ has also confirmed its Father’s Day plans, with a one-off breakfast happening on Sunday 7 September. Families can treat Dad to breakfast and coffee by the beach, priced at $75 per adult and $55 for children under 10.

Other events on the spring calendar include a Henschke Single Vineyard Wine Dinner on 10 September, led by Senior Winemaker Gwyn Olsen and paired with a four-course menu by Executive Chef Aaron Ward. Tickets are $395 per person.

The Bathers’ Gallery is currently showing ‘Salt’ by Sydney based artist Jennifer Rosnell, an exhibition of oil paintings inspired by the Balmoral coastline, running through August.

Bather’s award winning Thai offering, Betel Leaf, has a special $69 lunch banquet available from Thursday to Sunday.

Winter specials also continue, with Bistro guests able to enjoy a slow roasted 1.4kg lamb shoulder and sides for $120, including a bottle of Rotherwood Pinot. At Betel Leaf, a Thursday night dinner offer includes two mains and a complimentary bottle of wine. A $69 lunch banquet is also available Thursday to Sunday.
