Giddy Up: Bistro Mosman reveals it’s Melbourne Cup menu and you need to book NOW!
With just a few weeks until we celebrate the race that stops a nation, now is the time to organise your Melbourne Cup lunch – so you won’t be left all dressed up, with nowhere to go!
Bistro Mosman has a spectacular day planned, with fine food, fabulous fashion – and free flowing champagne for the local smart set, already hitting the phones to secure a coveted table at the stylish event.
Head Chef Jon Trouillett has curated an incredible, three-course meal for Mosman party-goers, including Bollinger and freshly shucked oysters on arrival.
Fashions-on-the-field, prizes for best dressed and sweeps throughout the day make this a fun and lively afternoon, which always continues well into the evening with live music and cocktail specials.
Entrée this year includes Burrata, Heirloom Tomato and Pangrattato and Basil, Wagyu Bresaola, Chicken Liver Pate or Smoked Kingfish with Beetroot, Crème Fraiche and Dill.
Mains will offer the choice of Roasted Veal, Lamp Rump, Ocean Trout or Potato and Ricotta Gnocchi, all accompanied by Bistro Mosman’s sensational sides.
As always, the highlight will be Trouillett’s signature desserts, with his famous Pavlorine set to be a real star of the show.
