A wave of luxury is about to land on the north shore, with ten of the world’s most iconic fashion houses confirmed to open flagship stores at Chatswood Chase from April next year.

In a bold partnership between Vicinity Centres and global powerhouse LVMH, the first-level luxury precinct will feature Louis Vuitton, Dior, Tiffany & Co., Celine, Loewe, Bvlgari, Chaumet, Rimowa, Fred and Tag Heuer – bringing serious designer clout to one of Sydney’s most affluent retail catchments.

The redeveloped Chatswood Chase will open in two phases, the first in October 2025.

For style-conscious locals, it means fewer trips into the CBD – and more time browsing high-end boutiques just minutes from home.

Vicinity Centres CEO Peter Huddle said the move builds on a long-standing partnership with the luxury powerhouse.

“Our enduring partnership with LVMH is built on a deep understanding of luxury retail, mutual trust, and a shared commitment to creating long-term value,” Mr Huddle said.

And it’s not just LVMH.

Well-heeled shoppers will be spoiled for choice, with other designer heavyweights also joining the retail lineup: Hermes, Gucci, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Burberry and Armani.

“Together with our retail partners, we are proud and excited to bring the Chatswood Chase project to market, a first-of-its-kind destination for Sydney’s highly affluent North Shore communities.”

The Chatswood Chase upgrade is being delivered in two stages. The first phase, launching in October, will open the ground floor and upper levels – with Sephora and Parfums Christian Dior confirmed as anchor tenants.

Vicinity, an ASX listed company, this week reported an annual profit of more than $1bn, up from $547.1m last year.

The development includes upgraded interiors across all four levels and a new rooftop lifestyle precinct, designed to rival the world’s top-tier shopping malls.

Marco Comazzi, president of Louis Vuitton South Asia, described the investment as part of LVMH’s long-term commitment to Australia.

“Australia remains a strategically important market for Louis Vuitton, and we are committed to strengthening our presence to offer exceptional services and experiences to our Australian clients,” he said.
