The lower north shore will be buzzing on Anzac Day as crowds flock to local pubs to play Two-Up.

Two-up is a traditional Australian game played legally only on ANZAC Day in pubs and clubs.

This unwritten rule of making it legal for one day only brings friends, families and strangers gather on ANZAC Day as we commemorate our fallen.

May the odds be in your favour! Here’s where to have a punt on the lower north shore.

Come in Spinner. Two-Up is legal only on Anzac Day.

MOSMAN RSL
719 Military Rd, Mosman.
Commemorate Anzac Day with the Mosman Club.
The club will host 2-Up from 2pm, with the Anzac Day Test on the big screen at 4pm.

RAG AND FAMISH
199 Miller St, North Sydney.
Head to the historic North Sydney pub for 2-Up, live sport, food specials and live music from 4pm.

KIRRIBILLI CLUB
11 Harbourview Cres, Lavender Bay.
Traditional 2-Up in the Ballroom will be played from 1pm and there is a $60 special Meat Platter for Two.

NEUTRAL BAY CLUB
3 Westleigh St, Neutral Bay.
A family-friendly day is happening at the Neutral Bay Club, with free kids tennis coaching all day, a $15 lunch from midday and 2-up on the green from 2pm.

THE GREENS
50 Ridge St, North Sydney.
The Greens will be open for breakfast after the North Sydney Dawn Service, with bookings now open for lunch. 2-Up is on from 12pm until dusk.

KIRRIBILLI HOTEL
35-37 Broughton St, Milsons Point.
Classic 2-Up on the Terrace from 12:30 pm. Live music from 4pm and a Chef’s Special Pavlova!

THE BUENA
76 Middle Head Rd, Mosman.
Head ’em up at The Buena from 12pm! Yabby Racing is also a go-er, hosted by Mosman Rugby Club, and catch live music downstairs from 2pm. Plus, there will be a moving rendition of The Last Post performed at sunset by a local musician from Queenwood.
