Former MCoBeauty director Anthony Sullivan has paid a staggering $41 million for a Kirribilli waterfront home, with no mortgage required.
It’s believed the 49-year-old forked out cash for the trophy residence following his split from MCoBeauty Founder Shelley Sullivan.

The trophy home – undetectable from the street – is located on Elamang Ave in Kirribilli and faces Sydney Harbour.
Property records show Sullivan took the Elamang Ave keys from vendors Michael and Louise Tang in July. The Tangs purchased the site as a deceased estate for $10.22 million in 2016.
MCoBeauty, founded by Sullivan’s ex-wife Shelley, was purchased ealier this year in a deal that valued the cosmetics empire at $1 Billion.
The Elamang Ave home sits on a 765sqm block and was reimagined by architect Michael Suttor prior to the pandemic.

It is said to boast four lift-connected levels of luxury, with panoramic harbour views.
The waterfront pile also features a gymnasium, bar, infinity pool, a three-car garage and is one of just eight homes on the strip.
The $41 million sale has eclipsed Kirribilli’s previous residential record, set in 2022 when Next Capital founding partner John White paid $19.1 million for another Elamang Avenue waterfront.

But Sullivan’s lavish spend isn’t the only big ticket real estate purchase in the area, with Mosman Collective revealing a $43.5 million sale of a Mosman home fronting Chinamans Beach.
That sale has set a new benchmark for the postcode and has reset the record north of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, which was previously $42.75 million in Northbridge.
