One of Sydney’s most spectacular homes, 15 Baden Rd, Kurraba Point, is on the market with Ray White’s Geoff Smith.

Former BT chief executive Brad Cooper and partner Jo Walker have listed their deep waterfront home at Kurraba Point with price expectations around $20 million.

The incredible four-level residence with jaw-dropping views across Sydney Harbour looks set to smash the suburb’s $19.5 million record, with Ray White’s Geoff Smith in charge of proceedings.

The home has a price guide of $20 million. If achieved, it will break the suburb record.

Spectacularly built, 15 Baden Rd offers a vast 539sqm floor plan, cascading to the water’s edge via an infinity pool, private boat house and jetty.

“It is an architectural triumph with no expense spared on the build or interior fit-out,” Mr Smith told Mosman Collective, “tonnes of concrete was poured onsite to ensure a truly bespoke finish.”

The Bruce Stafford redesign was completed in 2013, with the harbourfront pool and boathouse added in 2019.

The four level home boasts an internal footprint of 539sqm.

Capturing the very best of Sydney’s glittering harbour, the trophy residence is a family home like no other, with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two kitchens – the main with access to a tranquil front courtyard and pond.

“15 Baden Rd offers the ultimate in easy everyday living, thanks to its superior design catering for both large scale entertaining and intimate dinner parties,” Mr Smith said.

“It is an architectural triumph with no expense spared on the build or interior fit-out,” Mr Smith said.

Standout features include recycled Australian hardwood laid in a classic herringbone formation, that unite the entry level with heated, polished concrete floors warming the lower levels.

“And adding glamour to the raw nature of the core materials, you have handpicked vintage Baccarat and Bocci chandeliers,” Mr Smith said, “that contrast gloriously against the organic industrial elements.”

Supported by exposed steel beams, walls of glass and Lotus bi-fold glass doors create seamless connection to vast terraces enhancing both floor area and lifestyle.

Hotel style bedrooms, sweeping harbour views, imagine waking up to this!

The open-plan Master suite includes a private parent’s lounge room, ensuite with a central Italian bluestone bathtub and a dressing room with boutique style fittings.

Two of the downstairs bedrooms form part of the homes self-contained poolside entertaining level, providing a teenage haven complete with two bathrooms, custom kitchen and relaxed indoor and outdoor living spaces.

“The home is firmly connected to the harbour, with the current owners never tiring of the parade of passing ferries, cruise ships and yachts,” Mr Smith said.

Stunning recycled timber Herringbone floors are a stand out feature of the entry level.
