Triple Threat: Ray White’s Geoff Smith lists three of Sydney’s finest homes, but you’ll need deep pockets!
Hot on the heels of a $23-million-dollar local sale last week, Ray White Mosman’s Geoff Smith has upped the ante, with this trio of ultra-prestige properties – and a total ticket price of more than $60 million.
The real estate veteran is marketing “three of the best” in Cammeray, Mosman and Palm Beach, confirming to Mosman Collective that the properties have already attracted national and international, interest.
In Mosman, 2 Rosherville Rd, with its northerly harbour views, boat shed and bespoke interiors, is on the market with a stunning $30 million price guide.
“Not only is it one of the best homes in the suburb, it’s one of the best properties in Australia,” Smith said.
“With its commanding position in the ‘Golden Triangle’, we’re calling it 1473 square metres of perfection.
“The residence is a landmark home overlooking Chinamans Beach in a dream location that is tightly held,” he said, “and these trophy homes rarely come up for sale.”
Listed with Richard Harding, Smith says the secluded, five-bedroom masterpiece with beach access and two titles delivers “unmatched luxury.”
22 Cowdroy Ave in Cammeray is another 2020 Smith listing, with the deep waterfront “a sophisticated, world class home”.
“It’s a north facing architectural showpiece with a 50ft marina berth and a slipway,” he said, “the home delivers elegant entertaining spaces, stunning views and it’s just one set of traffic lights away from the city.”
The home’s four bedrooms each have their own private lounge area, bathroom and outdoor escape, along with a superb master suite and guest quarters.
Smith and co-agent Anthony Cowie have set a $13.5 million – $14.5 million price guide.
“It’s a true family home, with grand scale living, a pool, chef’s kitchen and rumpus room,” Smith said, “and let’s not forget the showroom garage and deep waterfront facilities.”
Further north, a spectacular Palm Beach resort, the home of late TV giant Sam Chisholm, is also being marketed by Smith – and colleague Desiree Hough.
“Melaleuca” sits on an incredible 2564 square metres, in between Gretel Packer’s home and car mogul Laurie Sutton’s “Kalua” estate on Ocean Rd.
With Susan Rothwell interiors, five bedrooms, six bathrooms and the beach across the road, Geoff says it’s “the perfect weekender” – if you have $20 million up your sleeve.
“There is no place you’d rather be after work on a Friday,” Smith said.
“It is better than any resort, anywhere in the world.”
