Party house trashed: Police charge 25-year-old after wild night at Neutral Bay rental.

Police were called to remove twenty people from a wild house party that left a luxury Neutral Bay rental filthy in the early hours of Sunday morning.
A 25-year-old man has been charged and will appear in court after using a fake name to book the three-bedroom penthouse on Merlin St via an online reservation platform.
Furious neighbours called Police around 12:20 am on July 14 to report the noisy gathering, which only ended after a specialist unit was brought in.
The 25-year-old has been charged with two offences: Hinder or Resist Police Officer and Failure to Disclose Identity as Required.
North Shore Police Area Command confirmed the property had been rented out to a person with what they allege were fraudulent details.
“The occupants refused to allow Police access to the location, resulting in a specialist unit attending and extracting the occupants one at a time,” a spokesperson told Mosman Collective.
The male allegedly resisted Police during the process and was arrested and conveyed to Chatswood Police Station.
The party was shut down, and Police obtained all occupants’ details.
The man will appear before Manly Local Court in August.
Raglan St, Mosman – Drug Charges
A 19-year-old has been charged with numerous offences after a routine police patrol on Raglan St.
At about 12:10am on Saturday, 13 July, officers observed the teen, and as they passed, he allegedly attempted to conceal his face before walking in the opposite direction.
When they attempted to speak to him, he started to run.
“Police allegedly located the male a short time later, hiding in the rear of a property,” Police told Mosman Collective.
“The male was placed under arrest for trespassing and searched.”
A clear resealable plastic bag of cocaine, 5x Valium tablets, 7x Spray paint cans and 5x marker pens were allegedly found in the teen’s possession.
He was issued with a Field Court Attendance Notice and will appear at Manly Local Court in August.

Chatswood Interchange – Teen with Knife
An 18-year-old male has been charged with carrying a knife in a public place.
At 2:20 pm on Saturday, 13 July, Police were conducting an operation when they observed the teen allegedly crawling under the ticket gates at Chatswood Interchange without tapping off.
“Police approached the male and had a conversation, after which they had cause to search the male. Police allegedly located a 21cm knife on the male.”
The young man was issued with a Field Court Attendance Notice for Custody of a knife in a public place. He will appear before Hornsby Local Court in August.
Lane Cove Stolen Goods
A 35-year-old man has been charged with Goods in Personal Custody Suspected of being stolen.
About 9:15am Wednesday 10 July, Police observed the male riding an E-Scooter on the footpath in Lane Cove without a helmet. Police stopped the male and had a conversation, before conducting a search.
They allege numerous stolen items were located because of the search, including identity documents, credit cards and jewellery.
Police seized the property, and the male was issued with a Field Court Attendance Notice to appear before Hornsby Local Court in September.
