Attention Local Lovers: Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Public Dining Room!

Hey lovebirds! The countdown is on to Valentine’s Day and the Public Dining Room at Balmoral is dialling up the romance for 2022.
After two years of missed opportunities to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and weddings, the award-winning restaurant has created a bespoke menu to sweep you off your feet on Monday 14 February.
Events and Marketing Manager Salli Odling says diners can choose from either an intimate lunch – or dinner – overlooking beautiful Balmoral Beach.
“With gorgeous views & a delicious menu, this Valentine’s Day promises to be one to remember,” she says.
Public Dining Room will offer an la carte lunch on Monday, and a stunning Set Menu for dinner.
Priced at just $125 per person, the four-course meal starts with Amuse Bouche of spiced baby beetroot, pumpkin gel and ricotta or cured smoked king salmon with avocado mousse and a wild rice cracker.
It’s a tempting taste of the culinary journey to come.
Entrée choices of Bangalow pork belly, Yellowfin tuna, pan seared scallops or heritage cauliflower set the scene, followed by a decadent choice of Mains to enjoy with your “special someone”.
Enjoy a specially curated dessert selection, then take an afternoon walk along Balmoral Beach that will leave your lover super impressed and feeling appreciated!
