Local foodies – take note! OOSHMAN, formerly known as Manoosh Pizzeria, will celebrate World Manouche Day on 2nd November by giving away free Lebanese pizza from its Mosman store.

From 12-1pm, customers can enjoy a free manoosh by ordering online at order.ooshman.au or via their app, using the code OOSHMAN at checkout.

Choose from crowd-pleasers like Zaatar, Zaatar & Haloumi, Meat Pizza, or Triple Cheese Pizza, limited to one per person.

“We’re excited to share our love for authentic Lebanese eats with everyone on this special day. It’s our way of saying thanks for sticking with us through our big rebrand,” said Charlie Hoyek, Founder & Director at OOSHMAN.

Speaking of which, OOSHMAN has been busy giving itself a makeover. What started as a cosy Lebanese bakery in Enmore, NSW back in 2008 has now grown into a pizza powerhouse.

The transition from Manoosh to OOSHMAN is more than just a clever name change, Mr Hoyek says, it’s a playful twist that gives the brand a fresh, unique identity while staying true to its Lebanese roots.

“OOSHMAN began as a traditional Lebanese bakery, with recipes passed down through generations,” says Hoyek. “Taking those cherished family recipes and expanding the business to 19 stores has been a journey of honouring our heritage while embracing modern tastes.”
