A tightly held retail investment in the heart of Neutral Bay has been brought to market, anchored by one of the Lower North Shore’s longest-running fashion retailers.
Suite 3 at 148 Wycombe Road, a 141sqm ground-floor strata shop leased to Jennys Boutique for more than 30 years, is being offered for sale by Colliers.

The local landmark has dressed Sydney’s well-heeled for more than 30 years.
“This property represents a meaningful part of Neutral Bay’s retail history,” agent James Mullin said.
“The business has operated successfully for decades and remains a highly regarded local institution.”
The property generates approximately $160,000 per annum, with 4 per cent fixed annual rental increases in place, Mr Mullin said.
It also has three access points and on-site parking.

Founder Jenny Kostic, well known in the Australian fashion industry, died in 2022.

Jenny’s Boutique is named after its founder, Jenny Kostic, who established the store and remained closely involved in the business until she died in 2022.
“Jenny was a larger-than-life, much-loved presence whose passion for fashion shaped a beloved local institution,” one staff member told Mosman Collective.
“Her flair and generosity were on full display right up until her final days, styling and celebrating others with her signature energy.”

The store will be auctioned on Tuesday 31 March at 10:30am.
Jenny’s Boutique continues to style the lower north shore’s best-dressed women, reinforcing its status as an enduring institution in fashion retail.
Located approximately three kilometres north of the Sydney CBD, Neutral Bay is regarded as an increasingly desirable suburb, underpinned by an affluent catchment and a median house price of approximately $2.85 million.
Colliers said local strip retail businesses are forecast to benefit “significantly” from customer uplift as new residential developments reach completion following recent once-in-a-generation changes to planning controls.
The property will be sold via public auction, with the agent confirming buyer interest is expected from private investors seeking established retail assets in village locations.
