A tiny patch of grass, not much larger than a parking space, is officially on the market – with a $60,000 price guide.

The 31sqm block at 9 Anderson Ave, Neutral Bay is located just a stone’s throw from local shops and transport, with Sydney’s Harbour Bridge within walking distance.

Triangular in shape, the parcel is significantly cheaper than the average cost of a property in the suburb, which sits at around $3 million.

It is available individually or grouped with two other assets just launched by Scott Thornton from Bresic Whitney.

The other properties are at 37 Vista Street, Mosman and on the corner of Bardwell Road and Lindsay Lane – also in Mosman.
