New cybercrime attack reported in Australia every ten minutes – is your Mosman business next?

Mosman business owners are invited to a special cybersecurity event hosted by the Chamber of Commerce.

Recent statistics show that on average, there is a cyberattack every 10 minutes in Australia, with 43 per cent of these attacks targeting small to medium sized enterprises.

It’s no longer a question of if your business will face a cyberattack – it’s when.

Mosman Chamber of Commerce invites local business owners to a very special, one-off event that you can’t afford to miss.

Called “AI, Cybercrime, & the New Rules of Business Security in Australia” the evening will help navigate the evolving cyber threat landscape, with keynote speakers from IT experts Archer & Round.

“Cybersecurity has changed – and so have the rules,” Mosman Chamber of Commerce President Tamara Keniry said.

“AI is now being used against Australian businesses, making traditional security measures obsolete. At the same time, new Australian regulations are shifting the responsibility for data protection onto business owners, whether they’re ready or not.”

The special event will be held at Mosman Art Gallery on May 26.

This talk will help business owners understand their real risk, identify weakest security points, and take action to protect local business before it’s too late.
