New Year’s Eve is back with a huge fireworks display planned for Sydney to herald a fresh start for the city.

A gardener is fighting for his life after falling six metres on Parriwi Rd this morning. The man, aged in his 50s, is believed to have been leaning on a fence which gave way at 7:30am.
